Road To Super Bowl XLVI

The NFL schedule was recently released and it is always interesting to see who has the toughest and easiest route to Super Bowl XLVI.

The AFC West looks to have a toughy - teams come up against NFC North and the AFC East - so it won't be easy.

The NFC West are weak and the divisions that lucked out and come up against them are the NFC East and AFC North.

But is it as clear cut? Can the weaker sides pull a surprise out of the hat - guess we'll have to wait until after the draft.

Belichick Considers Ochocinco

It's no secret that the New England Patriots probably need to beef up some of their key positions during the offseason - in offense and defence. Yet some commentators are saying that they should take a closer look at the wide receiver position.

Without any real 'muscle' in that position, they find it tough to find openings against tight press coverage.

Rumours have been flying around that Cincinnati Bengals' Chad Ochocinco was looking for a move to the Pats.

The critics are pretty much split 50/50 on whether or not Belichick will move for the six-time Pro Bowl receiver during the offseason - what do you think?

Green Bay and Detroit Hit Scoring Heights

A scoreline that may have been surprising to some, until you remember that the Packers had suffered a tough Monday night loss. With the Lions looking full of energy - perhaps the scoreline was not a surprise after all.

The Packers nearly thew this contest away with unecessary turnovers, while the Lions handed Green Bay thirteen penalties compared to the three penalties they received in return.

It will be interesting to see how both teams go on from here.

2-0 and 0-2 in Week 3...

In week 3 will the 2-0 teams prove they had more than an 'easy schedule' start and will the 0-2 teams come back to take a victory?

The Vikings and Cowboys should be playoff certainties in some peoples but now need to chalk up wins to restor confidence.

In week 3 there are a lot of big teams on the road at underdog teams - watch out for more slip ups on Sunday.
